A variant of Sushi Roll (uramaki) to be prepared in 3 simple steps thanks to Bazooka Sushi .
1 URAMAKI SHRIMPS AND AVOCADO
Cut the avocado into thin strips along the length of thebazooka sushi roll . Spread a light layer of mayonnaise in the recess previously made on the rice using the stick of the sushi bazooka. Blanch the prawns and place them, after adding the avocado.
