Cook the rice in vanilla flavored milk. Take a banana, if small add it whole, otherwise proceed to cut it into strips. Place it in the recess previously made on the rice using the stick of the sushi bazooka. On a plastic cutting board spread some dark or milk chocolate melted in a bain-marie.
Close the bazooka and place it with the plunger on the chopping board with the chocolate by rolling it slowly. Let it rest for a few minutes so that the chocolate solidifies and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
